Aiko4. Transformed

After a while she regained her sight, the dust that filled the room had subsided.  The girl tried to look around, there was a ladder nearby.  Stairs made of wood stick to the wall.  The ladder led up to where she had come from before she fell.  The girl managed to reach the edge of the stairs, but then she gave up on going upstairs.  The hallway on the other side caught her attention.  She didn't want to risk meeting the soldiers anyway if she went back upstairs.

The girl then decided to find out where the passage was connected.  Could this building be connected to a more interesting place?  Cautiously and with a little trepidation she walked down the medium-sized hallway.  After a while, he found the end of the passage, a wall.

"No, there's no way this fairly long passage is just a dead end.  There must be a secret here.  Maybe some kind of secret door?"  the girl's monologue.

The girl began to feel each side of the wall in front of her.  She knocked on it too, to find out what material it was made of?  Ah, not concrete.  The wall in front of him was like a plank.  Little light makes it difficult to find hidden secrets.

When her patience began to wear off and she leaned her body against the wall to rest, at that moment the wall pushed back.  She could feel the walls shifting slightly.  Then she got up and pushed harder.

That's right, the wall opened up to be a way out.

"Hah!  Finally, why didn't I push from the start?  It's annoying, why have I only been fingering it?  Huh!"

The girl then came out, the door she had passed closed again, on the other side of the door it turned out to be a bookshelf.  The girl entered a room full of bookshelves.  The room was medium in size but there were a lot of books in the place, almost all the places filled with thick books.

"I kind of recognize this place."

The sound of the door opening made the girl turn her gaze towards the door.  A woman enters the room.  She was surprised by the existence of the girl.

"Who are you?!"  She asked probingly.

 "Hey!  Get up."

Kevin shook the body of Aiko who was sleeping on his bed.  Kevin grew annoyed when he found out that Aiko was sleeping soundly at home.  Meanwhile, he had a bad day on campus.  He was humiliated in front of Viola.  Kevin was annoyed, he went home with a gloomy face.

"I don't do anything,"  Aiko said spontaneously.

Aiko's reflex got up, then sat down with a frightened face.  She seemed to be caught because she knew a big secret.  This made Kevin worried.  Maybe something had happened while he wasn't home.

 "What happened?"

"What?"  Aiko asked the same question. She was confused by Kevin's question.

A misunderstanding occurred between Aiko and Kevin.  Aiko was still carried away in her subconscious while sleeping, while Kevin misunderstood because of Aiko's spontaneous words.  Kevin waited for Aiko to explain, but then he realized that Aiko was talking nonsense.

 "Okay, forget it."

Kevin turned around then threw his backpack on the sofa. Annoyed, he went to the kitchen to get a cold drink in the refrigerator.  Kevin drank hastily, a few drops of his drinking water leaked from the corners of his lips, asking for the freedom to plunge into gravity.  Kevin placed the empty bottle he had been satisfied with gulping water, quite hard on the table.  He took a deep breath to release his annoyance before turning around.

 "Hah!

Aiko was already standing right behind Kevin, they were standing face to face as soon as Kevin turned around.  Kevin was surprised by Aiko's presence.  Kevin's quick movement made Aiko hit his chest.

 "Aww!"

Aiko's body, which was only as high as Kevin's chest, made her stranded there.

Aiko froze in place, for a moment she felt a short electric current startle her upon physical contact with Kevin.  An awkward atmosphere began to creep in.

Meanwhile, Kevin snapped at Aiko.  He wasn't in a good mood, so he took it out on whoever was around him.  Only when he's at home can he act as he pleases, when he's out Kevin has to keep his attitude.  All for his good.

"Get out of the way!  Do not bother me."

Kevin left.  He needed some alone time.  Kevin headed for his bedroom, then plopped down on the bed.  A glimpse of Aiko's face, which was surprised at his harsh words, flashed through his mind.  Kevin had a feeling of guilt.

Ah, but he's pissed.  It wasn't his fault that it was Aiko who made him more upset.  Kevin felt no need to apologize.

His mind began to wander, he recalled the events on campus today.  He hit the pillow beside him, venting his frustration.

How can I face Viola tomorrow?  Hah!  I completely lost face in front of him.

Kevin finally fell asleep, too tired for him to think of a way to improve his reputation in front of Viola.

 ***

The next day.  Aiko conveyed her wish again, assuring Kevin that she had to go to campus and all the paperwork was arranged.  There will be no chaos.  Kevin can rest easy.

Aiko can also give good advice so Kevin can improve his relationship with Viola, the girl Kevin is in love with. Is it true that Viola is Kevin's soulmate, destined to be his partner?

Arriving at the campus, Kevin and Aiko who walked hand in hand became the center of attention.  The astonished expressions of every student who passed the two of them proved that Kevin couldn't be underestimated now.

 Bruuk!
