Second chances don't always have a silver lining at the end…...

Malia didn't attend any of her afternoon classes after what happened,she went straight home.

She entered the house, angrily and slammed the door closed behind her, making the walls shake.

"Honey! Is that an earthquake?"Leah said with concernt and worry,she stepped into the lounge and found Malia seated on a sofa panting like a provoked lion.

"Sweetie aren't you supposed to be at school?"Leah said and George snapped"seriously you're even wasting your energy asking your stubborn daughter!"

Malia stood up and went upstairs to her room.

Her room was mainly black,with red and white accents throughout. She stepped into the bathroom and started the shower.

It was a large walk-in shower,with large waterfall showers covering the entire ceiling.

She took off her clothes and stood under the shower as the water poured on her,she sobbed and smiled at the same time.

She applied shampoo to her hair,she gently washed it as the hot water dripped on her.

Her eyes shot open when she heard a faint footstep in her room, remaining calm she continued rubbing the shampoo in her hair as the steps kept getting closer.

She looked at the reflection of her bathroom door,and Saw how the door crecked open.

She took her dagger on the counter where her beauty products,and stepped out of the shower.

She waited for the door to open widely,it revealed a huge arm all in black.

From the looks of it it was a huge muscular man,who was attempting to sneak into the bathroom.

Who the hell are you??

She thought out loud and the strange guy ran away.

She ran out of the shower with her towel on,and through her dagger on his leg which made him trip and hurt himself.

She walked over to him and held his injured leg as he let out an agonizing scream,at that point the useless security was now aware that their was an intruder.

The security officers, Leah and George rushed into Malia's room.

"A little too late don'tcha think!"Malia said sarcastically while sitting on her bed watching the guy in a mask lying on the red carpet next to her bed.

The guards mouths opened as they saw her half naked body,and she just rolled her eyes and shot her eyes at the guy lying on the floor.

"Next time do your job correctly!"she snapped.

Leah and George stood by her dressing cabinet and watched the guards lift the guy up.

"Wait a minute,I want to see the motherfuckers face!"Malia said and George shot his eyes at the guy who looked scared.

"No need love,I'll take care of this rascal go back and bathe!"George said.

Leah walked towards Malia and held her shoulders while facing her,"Honey let your dad handle this,okay he'll make sure this rascal is dealt with!".

Malia glanced at her parents and nodded her head in assurance that she no longer wants to see the rascals face.

The guards and her George went to the garage,Leah went back to the kitchen and continued cooking.

Malia wore her black denim jacket and snack in the garage using the back door,she hid behind a damaged truck that was rusted.

"Seriously what made you do that?you dared to sneak into my daughter's room!"George exclaimed.

Malia couldn't see the guys face so she moved a little bit closer,"I'm sorry boss but she has the notebook!"the guy said and with this Malia thought.

The guys voice seems familiar I think I've met him somewhere,but where?

Malia then took a pic of his face,and snack out of the garage quietly up to her room.

Tristan was in his room after he arrived from school,he also missed the afternoon classes.He sat on his bed which was spread with black blankets,is room was painted blue and grey he had pictures of his favorite artists and footballers hanged on the walls.

The door creaked open,and his mom Sofia entered and sat by his side while her hands running through his hair.

"What is wrong? you look pale"

"Huh nothing serious,"he said after he made a huge sigh.

"Just tell me what happened!"

"Well I kinda kissed a girl in front of half the school, without her permission and I feel bad about it!"

"Are you guys close?"

"No she got my notebook which contains the important details of the shipments of the drugs and firearms,and I just had to kiss her so that she could shut her mouth she's too talkative"

Sofia looked at him and sighed,"you're now bringing people into your mess,well apologize to her and invite her to my official showcase of my new collection."

Tristan shot his eyes at his Mom in disbelief,"what! Why should I do that,that girl looks lame".

"Well for the record you brought her into this world so you should keep an eye on her because obviously she went through your notebook right?"

Tristan sighed,"huh well okay I'll do so by inviting her to your function"

"As your date right,what's her name by the way?"

"I think she's Malia,yes that's her name we are classmates!"

"Okay that's good now get some rest I need to prepare dinner,and next time invite her over I want to meet her!"Sofia said and left his room.

"Ouch the f**k do you think you're doing!!"a girl yelled on the top of her voice as she held her hurt ankle.

Malia picked up the books on the floor and handed them to the girl,"I'm so sorry I didn't see you there!"

The girl turned around to face Malia and said,"no problem,next time watch where you're going what the hell is your name?"

Malia fake smiled,"I'm Malia and you are?"

"I'm Mable Verrati!! Nice to meet you Malia"she said as she hand shaked her.

"You're new here right,why don't you join our group the trio- galactic group?"

"Uhm I'll think about it thanks anyway!"Malia said and grinned.

"Okay meet us at the cafeteria at lunch time!"Mable said and left.

"Did I see you talking to Mable?"Jade shrugged while tightening her ponytail.

"Yeah we bumped into each other,and she mentioned the trio something..what is it?"she asked and Jade rolled her eyes as she walked to class.

Whilst in class the students were still talking because the teacher was no where to be seen,"hey you didn't answer me!"Malia said as she sat down in her chair next to Jade who was positioning her books on her table.

"Oh that question sorry,I just don't like that girl she's so full of her self!"

Before malia could say something Tristan said,"can we talk, Malia?

Malia and Jade both shot him death glares but he still stood in front of their table he put on a leather jacket with black Jordan jeans and white timni sneakers.

"Erm I'll give you guys space before the madam enters the classroom!"Jade said and left the two guys alone.

Tristan look a sit on jade's chair and took out an invitation card,"hey first of all you're okay right?"

"Yeah pretty much after what you did I'm perfectly okay!"she said sarcastically while holding her pen.

"I'm s..s...so.. sorry!"Tristan said with Alot of difficulty.

Malia looked at him and grinned,"wow that's rich of you to apologize for something that wasn't even a mistake!"

Tristan looked sad then gave her the card,"here is an invitation card I hope we can go together!"

Malia took the card and went through it,"thanks Alot and about the notebook I'll give it to you tomorrow after school!"she said and gave him an assuring smile.

Tristan smiled and went back to his seat with Chloe.

"What was that?"Jade said with enthusiasm in her tone.

"Nothing,he invited me to some fashion thingy actually can't believe that his mom is a well-known fashion designer!"

"Well yeah she is,are u going to go with him?"Jade said which made Malia look pale,"yes I guess I'll try!"

"Goodmorning students,how is the morning?"a weird,well built,and beautiful woman said she wore a blue dress with laces.

"Morning madam and how are you doing today?"the students said.

"So what did we learn yesterday,can someone hand me the list of the students who missed my class?"Mrs Jones said.

Chloe a blonde wore a black tank top and a mini skirt which exposed her thighs,she handed Mrs Jones the list.

"Well well..Malia , Tristan, Anderson,Jace,Jayden and Marga please raise to your feet."

All the students who were mentioned stood up,and Mrs Jones said"wow Malia you're welcome I can see you're a new student and I've heard Alot about you from Mr Kim he praised your lovely behavior!"

Malia sighed and Tristan coughed which made everyone laugh.

"So do you know what the basement is Malia?"

Malia glanced at Mrs Jones and the students started whispering"not really Ma'am!"she said.

"Well you'll find out now,so Malia and Anderson will go first then on the afternoon another pair will go then the rest will go tomorrow."

Malia's jaw dropped as she looked scared and terrified.

"Okay go now Leo will pick you up at the administration go now!"Mrs Jones said and grinned devilishly at Malia.

Anderson and Malia started to walk out but before Malia walked out she looked at Jade with tears in her eyes an dthen at Tristan who xoaight her attention when he sighed,he glares at her and tapped his hand on his heart.

At the basement,were two men who guarded the room with firearms.

"What's happening?"she whispered but loud enough for Anderson to get her.

"This is where the most notorious students are sent,but about you I literally don't get why you're sent here!"

Malia wiped the tears tht were flowing from her eyes and gave Anderson a fake grin,"it'll be alright I'll manage!"she said and they both entered the room.

It was dark,so Malia immediately wrapped her arms around Anderson who did them same."I'm so sorry,I don't like dark places!"she said and the lights turned on after a while. Their were two men with semi auto shotguns and black suits,"welcome Anderson and Malia!"said a familiar voice which made Malia recall yesterday's incident at home.

That's the same voice I heard yesterday when that motherfucker tried to sneak up on me.

"So, firstly you need to change into the perfect attire!"one man said angrily and through a pair of black overalls at them.

They went to respective rooms and changed,thenade their way back to the main room.

"Here are your weapons choose one wisely!"the darkan said while holding a box of different weapons, Anderson took a sniper rifle and aimed at Malia who smirked and started going through the weapon box.

"I think this will do!"she said while holding a Glock.

"Nice choice"the guy with the familiar voice said and Malia looked at him critically.

His the one! should I confront him? Huh no lemme see where everything is going first of all

"I'm Leo and his Jack!"the guy who's voice was familiar to Malia said.

"Okay let's now see what you got….fight now!"Leo exclaimed which made Malia and Anderson look blankly at each other.

"What!"they shouted in unison,Leo grinned and held Malia's hand and said,"this is what the basement is about now do your selves justice!".

Tristan stood from his seat and went ahead and joined Jade who was worried sick about Malia.

"I can't concentrate..I can't seem to get the thought of Malia in the basement alone!"Tristan said which made Jade glance at him.

"You're a confused human being,one day you're like she's a bitch then you kiss her and asked her out!"

"Erm don't mind me Jade ,is she going to manage on her own?"

"Yes she'll she's a strong girl don't fake worry about and go back to your girlfriend!"Jade said and rolled her eyes.

Tristan looked at Jade with disbelief and went back to Chloe who was entertaining herself,"what the fuck are you doing?"Tristan whispered.

"I'm giving myself pleasure because you left me horny remember?"she said sarcastically."wow!"Tristan said as he sat on his seat.
