As the morning went on very well,it was chilly and cloudy.

At the Emeralds residence all the kids were prepared for school except Malia who faked sick.

"Hurry up Eva the driver will leave us!"Alex yelled downstairs and Eva ran down quickly and they went to school.

"Malia, should I bring your breakfast?"Leah yelled as she carried a tray of pineapple juice and three bananas.

"I brought your favorite fruit love!"she said as she entered the room and sat next to Malia who was lying on her bed.

"Thank you very much Mom, you don't need to worry, I'll be okay!"

"Okay I know, take some rest after you take your breakfast!"Leah declared and left the room.

Malia immediately changed into her casual clothes,a pair of black skinny jeans, a tank top and a leather jacket to top the outfit up.

She went down stairs and snack out of the house because George wasn't home and Leah was in the study room.

She entered a huge tall building and immediately spoke to the receptionist.

"Hello ma'am I'm Malia. I would like to go through the records of George Emeralds."

The receptionist looked at her and grinned,"so how is he related to you?"

"He's my Dad!"Malia said stressing on 'Dad'

"Well then if he's your Dad go and ask him!"

"It's complicated,I'm in a mess, I just want to know where I'm from!"she said while trying to hold back her tears.

"Ouch that's bad! What's the problem?"

"I recently found out that I'm not related to my parents so I want to know and discover the truth!"

The receptionist looked emotionally sad,"okay I'll help you let me look up his file."

Malia grinned and the receptionist looked for the file in all the cabinets but there was no sign of George Emeralds records.

"I'm sorry Malia, I can't help you. I bet he's a naturalized citizen.. he's got no records here...but I can retrieve them from his birth country."

"Thank you so much…. What's your name?"

"I'm Stacey Abrams. Nice to meet you, Malia!"

Malia grinned and left the building as she headed to school.

At Roosevelt high everyone is busy with their extracurricular activities.

Tristan and his group were at the court playing basketball.

As they took a break they all sat on the bench.

"Hey Tristan so what did Leo tell you yesterday? you looked really pissed off!"

Mason said and chuckled under his breath.

"Watch your tone man , he didn't tell me anything forget it!"

"Oh come on dude just tell us!"Jade said as she sipped off her water bottle.

"He told me the sole heir to the French and American Mafia!"

Everyone looked confused and blank,"wait what both countries are being ruled by one person?"Will said sarcastically.

"Yes and the heir is none other than Malia!"Tristan said with Alot of grievances.

The gang got surprised as they glanced at each other.

"But how? that girl is so lame!"Jayden said.

"Well it's life and we just have to accept it!"Noah said disappointedly.

Jade turned to face Tristan,he looked sad.

"We need to talk Tristan, come with me!"Jade said as she pulled his hand and they walked away to the entrance of the basketball court.

"Are you okay? Tell me right now!"Jade order.

"I'm not,I'm devastated I can't believe she's the sole heir of our enemies I actually started warming up to her!"he said with Alot of grief as he held back his tears.

"That's not warmth idiot it's called love! And just because that group is your families sworn enemy it doesn't mean you can't be with her okay!"

Tristan wiped a loose tear drop and yelled,"I don't love her I don't know what love is okay! I'm going to stand by my principles and my role to my family!"

Jade looked sympathetically at him and said,"okay let's pretend you don't love her and stand by your principles I'll be by your side all the way!"

She hugged him and tapped his back,"Malia!"Jade yelled and pulled out of Tristan's arms and ran to hug Malia, Tristan also approached the two and stood next to them.

"Where were you in the morning? Mr Kim was looking for you!"

"I went somewhere else,I had permission no worries!"

Jade pulled out from the hug and faced Tristan,"hey idiot don't you know how to talk?"she said sarcastically.

"What's your problem now Jade let him be let's go to class!"

"No wait I'll let you guys talk things out!"Jade said and put their hands together.

"Okay now talk I'll give you space!"

Jade left them and joined the gang,Malia and Tristan kept looking at each other with glowing eyes the intensity and electricity between them was too much as a result Malia released her hand from his grab.

She looked down and shrugged while wiping her sweaty hands on her black skinny jeans,"so how are you doing today?"

"I'm okay and you?"Tristan said.

"I'm great,so what was Jade talking about?"

"She was just performing, you know how she is!"

Malia grinned and said,"okay if you say so but I think she was serious about what she said!"

"Yes where were you anyway?"

"I went to the Citizen Society of America,I needed to know something about my dad!"

"Why can't you just ask him!"

"No I need to do this so that I can get to know who I am really,I heard my dad talking to someone on the phone about me not having to find out the truth!"

"What truth?"

"I'm not really and Emerald,I don't even know if Alex is actually my twin brother,my life is messed up!"she yelled until she poured out all her tears and he just watched her cry.

"I'm sorry for that I didn't mean to pour my tears in front of you,I just needed to let it out!"

He tapped her shoulder and wiped her tears as he wrapped her into his warmth.

"I'm here don't worry,I'll help you find out the truth!"

"Thank you!"she said as she sneezed making Tristan chuckle and tightened his grip on her waist.

'why am I feeling this way yack!

She's supposed to be my enemy,maybe I'll get to kill her after they appoint her as the new leader at the ball, but the question is will I actually have the guts to do it!' Tristan thought.

"Thank you very much for your comfort!"Malia said and moved away from his grip.

"No problem I got to go now Im always to be here for you friend!"

Malia laughed and said,"yes best friend!"

"Alright best friend!"he smirked and winked at her and he walked away.

Malia made her way to Mr Kim's office so that she could explain why she wasn't present during his class.

She finally arrived at his office door it was locked but she had a feeling that he was inside.

'knock knock'

"Come in, Malia!"a man said huskily and Malia opened the door swiftly and entered the office.

It was chilly and cool, Mr Kim was seated in his seat as he typed something on his laptop.

"Sit down and make yourself comfortable!"

Malia scanned the room but kept standing,she smiled shyly and immediately sat down near his table.

"So what's your concern this time?"

"Nothing I came to see you because I was told that you requested to see me!"

Mr Kim stared at her for like five minutes then grinned.

"I missed you Alot!"he finally said as he stood up and walked to her seat.

He held her shoulders from behind and kept moving down and reached her boobs,she immediately moved away quickly.

"What's wrong?...don't you want me too?"he said as he moved closer to her but she kept moving behind until she hit the wall and he put his hands against the wall.

"So let's continue!"he huskily whispered in her ear that sent shivers down her spine as she started breathing heavily.

"Sir please let me go if you don't want anything bad to happen to you!"she ordered as she kept staring in his eyes with no fear but courage.

He licked his lower lip and inhaled all the air he needed before setting course for her lips but fell down immediately.

"That saves you right!"she yelled,"you bitch how dare you kick my balls?"he sneered as he cried in agony while lying on the floor.

"No one takes advantage of me and gets away with it,so that's your own baby to nurse see you later Sir!"she snorted and walked away swaying her hips seductively.
