Izak Smith was a Private Investigator that also loved Video Games.  When the real world laws started to apply in the game he put both skills to work and what he found ended his very life, a group of players that were outside the rules of the game and could kill your real world body.

But that was not the end, it was a new beginning.  He woke up to right before the game started and used his knowledge to become the games strongest character.  Would it be enough to stop them or would things end the same way?

Earth: Reboot

Vindictus lead him to the place that the guy recommended and ordered a coffee and cake for each of them.  "So, how did you end up playing Reboot?"


"Well, the company that I am working for started a workshop and asked about anyone with video game and sales experience.  I told them that you and I used to play and I was the only member of the sales team that had any experience at all.  I was given a top-of-the-line pod, a huge bonus, and a promotion."


"It would be.  The problem is that the leadership of the guild are veteran gamers and while I am not in charge of anything but getting contracts signed on high end players and getting great screen shots of the fights so that we can run stuff on the workshop site."


"That should not be a big deal.  You guys just done the Ruins didn't you?"
