Chapter 7

“Yep, because I have…” Aiden kissed Glen on the cheek, “…the greatest boyfriend…” and a kiss on the other, “…in the world.” Then he kissed Glen full on the mouth.

When they finally got to a pool table, another couple asked if they could play doubles.

“Sure,” Glen said. “I don’t see why not.”

“Do you want to make it…interesting?” one of the other guys, a somewhat chunky but still handsome man in his twenties, asked. He pulled out a thick wallet and wiggled it to clarify his intentions.

Glen bit his lips shut. He wasn’t that great of a shot, and he considered himself too money-conscious to gamble anyway. “Maybe not this time.”

The chunky guy’s partner elbowed him. “Come on, Chris. You know it annoys me when you flash your cash like that.”

Chris turned his nose up. “It was just a suggestion.”
