“It always is,” Leone agreed, looking up from the table where he was cleaning and checking his guns. “You need something to take your mind off of it.” When Paul grinned wickedly before going back to doing the same thing as him, Leone shook his head. “That is not in the cards. We need both of you alert and aware at all times.”
Paul nodded. “I know. Just trying to lighten the mood.” His phone rang just as he said that. He answered, listened, and hung up. “To quote some famous person, the eagle has landed. Angelo and two of his accomplices arrived at DIA ten minutes ago.”
