Chapter 34

“There you are!” said Dominic as Dale appeared through the trees. He was just finishing his morning piss, the golden arch of urine growing smaller and smaller.

“You’re a welcome sight,” said Dale beaming like the cat that had got the canary.

He ran into his lover’s arms and they embraced, kissing and holding each other like it was their last day on earth. Their hands ran over each other’s torsos, through each other’s hair, grabbing and holding as if to make up for lost time. Dale removed his hands only to unbutton his shirt and his jeans, which Dominic helped him to pull down. Within a few seconds they were naked beneath the sun, beneath the sky, surrounded by a thin screen of trees with their feet in the dirt.

“I’ve missed you so much,” said Dominic. “I could eat you.”
