River Boy wrapped his arms around Adam. “River Boy good.”

Adam could feel that River Boy had an erection. He could feel it pressing against the flesh of his buttocks. It didn’t bother him, though. In fact, it was comforting. Adam slept the entire day and when they awoke he was ravenous.

“What are we going to eat?” he asked, his head still resting on the arm he had used as a pillow. “That was one thing I forgot about.”

“Eat,” he said producing a large orange.

Adam sat up. He took the fruit from River Boy and beamed. “Where did you get this?”

“No far. That way.” He pointed toward the open grassland. “Many trees. Many fruit.”
