Chapter 19

“What the hell did ya do that for?” Douglas growled.

“That little turd had it coming.”

Douglas grabbed Matthew by the shoulders and looked at him. “And now you’ve made sure the eyes of the whole fuckin’ corridor are gonna be on us for the rest of the day.”

“It was stupid, I know. I just saw that little shit smirking at me and something snapped. He’s lucky I didn’t bash his face in. I had to try bloody hard not to.”

At that moment Anton appeared at the door. He was still smiling though it was nowhere near as confident as the one he’d been wearing earlier.

“You’ve got a visitor,” he said before spinning around and disappearing.

Kell was a sight for sore eyes.

“Come with me,” he said.

Matthew winked at Douglas and followed his lover to the door at the end of the corridor. Once they were in the relative privacy of Kell’s room, Matthew threw his arms around Kell.

“I’ve been waiting for you all morning,’ he said as they kissed and hugged.
