Chapter 23

Indecision flickered across Ian’s face. “I don’t think that’s a very good idea.”

“Why not?” Corey teased. “We’ve already slept together.”

“Don’t rush me,” Ian told him.

“I’m not.”

Without another word, Ian slipped off the bed and disappeared into the bathroom. 14

Alone in Ian’s hotel room, Corey stared at the ceiling and tried to will away his erection. At least Ian was giving him a chance, wasn’t he? He’d let Corey spend the night—second night in a row—he’d let Corey touch him and kiss him; he said he needed time and Corey was willing to give him that, but hadn’t it been Ian who pressed him back to the bed, teasing and playing? Hadn’t it been Ian who said he’d show Corey just how right this was between them?
