Roderick lowered himself to the mattress and


quickly did what Alex had demanded. When Roderick was on his back,


Alex lowered himself over the other man.


“Are you going to fuck me?” Roderick asked,


leaning up just a little on his elbows.


Alex stared into Roderick’s eyes. The


pompous ass from the grocery store had dropped all of his defenses.


Behind his walls was something vulnerable, something soft. His eyes


were full of longing and hope, and at the same time, fear and


loneliness. He was actually quite beautiful this way, in the barely


lit room, and Alex imagined them again in a black and white


“I’m going to make love to you,” Alex


Roderick started to speak, stopped himself,


and then finally said, “Does that mean…?”


“Don’t worry about what it means,” Alex


Roderick nodded to him and leaned up for a


kiss. Alex met his mouth and then as Roderick lowered himself
