Chapter 58

“Certainly,” Marco said.

“My brother has a grandson—my great-nephew—who is very close to your age. He has a Master’s degree in business administration, and I believe he also has a degree in accounting.”

“What’s he doing at the moment?”

“He is managing director of a large enterprise based in Rome, but I happen to know that he’s not happy in his present situation; he went through a divorce last year and is eager to get away from Rome.”

“I’d like very much to see his résumé—and to meet him.”

“He’ll be here tonight, along with his grandparents.”

“Call him, if you will, and, if he isn’t already on the way, ask him to send me an e-mail with his résumé attached.”

“I don’t know that much about computers… do you have access to your usual e-mail account here—the one you gave me?”

“Yes, Ma’am. By the way, what’s his name?”

“His name is Luciano Neri, and I’ll call him immediately.”
