“Yeah,” Noah said. “One of them is a Sergeant with the Sheriff’s Office, and the other is a CPA. Really nice guys. Friends of ours in fact. We have a sort of patio with a privacy fence where we sometimes lay out in the sun naked, and they join us once in a while.”

“Which explains those overall suntans,” I said.

“Yeah,” Tom said, “but they aren’t easy to maintain, given our travel schedules.”

I looked around in the direction of the massage rooms. “If anyone wants a massage,” I said, “both of the male masseurs are now available.”

“Tom,” William said, “why don’t you and Noah take advantage of the service? You’re the ones that are here to perform in a couple of days.”

“Okay,” Tom said.

“We’ll meet you in the showers,” I said.

Dani and I spent an hour with the Lanes, catching up on each other’s lives, then the clock on the wall told me that Tom and Noah should be in the showers. “I think our friends will be in the showers by now,” I said. “Shall we join them?”
