How do you think like a man, and not worry that someone will see you sitting down in the stall in a men’s room and think ‘FTM!’ Good grief, like men don’t poop? My response would be along the lines of a raised eyebrow or ‘what are you looking at?’
Young folk—who are primarily gender-queer in their choice of labels, don’t want any interaction or input from us old fogies (who primarily self-label as just—men, either straight or gay. That’s my experience anyhow. The lack of respect is obvious.
Sept 5: Bright Ideas. Wouldn’t the world be a nicer place if people were forced to be more like we are? ‘Perfect in every way’ and all that. I like how that idea goes back not only to the twenties, but to Aristotle and Plato as well.
