Jake sank into his chair behind his desk. The judge had mercifully allowed a continuance on the case, even though his team had been more than ready to proceed. It was just a small blessing that opposing counsel had asked for the continuance as he just wasn’t on his top game today. Another bonus is that it had seriously annoyed the judge for the other side and he would take any advantage he could get in this case.


He pulled his arms up over his head and stretched his arms as his secretary placed coffee on its usual spot on the desk. The chair was uncomfortable and he couldn’t find a good position. Truth be told, he was still a bit sore from his visits with Henry. It had been a while since he’d had anything going on in that department so he wasn’t very…limber, but it had been like a homecoming of sorts, feeling Henry’s familiarity between his legs.
