Feeling the need to burn off some nervous energy and placate myself for eating so much last night, I changed into a pair of track pants, a tee shirt, and sneakers to go for a run. Jay was in the kitchen with Brian when I passed through. Brian was seated at the table eating a bowl of Cheerios and Jay was leaning against the counter talking on the phone.
