Master of All

Hana threw her robe to the side, watching it settle against the floorboard surrounding the mat's outskirts, allowing her eyes to loosen, Ace took the first step forward, shedding himself of his hoodie to reveal his bulky exterior. It was like witnessing a monster reveal themselves for the first time in the dead of night, bathing not only in the moon's infamous white light but the daggers of his demonic aura. Rubbing at his tanktop's side, pulling his shoulder so it could momentarily crack, the same noise unleashed from his neck, naturally creaking to the touch as it reverberated that audio to reality.

She took the natural element of her arms behind her back, idle, while, he, assuming a stance taught by masters of the ancient fighting styles, taught by battle-hardened Japanese martial artists. This form, this rock-hard position, without the slightest anomaly in his calm breathing, his eyes... flickered. Eyelashes descending, then for them to quickly rise again, the planetary spirals of Divergence's signature formed over the interior markings of his scarlet eyeballs.

'Eternal Sight.'

With such a simple blink, the flow of her energy had been revealed, that pink aura, so tranquil it mimicked the forest environment's nature downflow accompanied with soothing sounds, natural to only water. But even so, these eyes were not for dawdling; gazing like he were a natural teenage boy- these were eyes of action!

He zipped ahead, leaving a still afterimage behind him only faintly disappearing seconds afterward, Ace started to throw himself upward, slamming one foot down, raising his entire leg, leading into a handstand. However, weighing it all down on his legs, they would eventually fall and slam right onto where she previously stood, effectively forming a hole.

"I'm surprised you managed to almost land that, considering how slow it is when you're not athletic. Anyway, let's continue."

Hana beckoned him closer with but a wink, where her foot slammed her face, her image was nothing but transparent. A kick to his heel sent his leg bending outward, a grunt escaping his lips, recklessly aiming a side-fisted attack behind him. The trajectory of this attack led into a spin, to which Hana manifested under his arm, grabbing at his arms, easily restraining him with her superior strength. With him easily discombobulated from such an odd move, she spun forward, releasing her grip over his wrists, and slamming him in the face with the back of her hands.

"Ahh!"

Unable to control the blood spray as it exploded out his mouth, droplets of miniature crimson littered the space between her face and his. Hovering through mid-air with a rag doll frame, Ace could feel his eyes moving rapidly, steadying his footing and preparing for a landing. Luckily, these eyes' processing power extended furthermore into his brain, but even so, that ability was nothing other than a liability. Another feeling coursed through his nerves, signature to the slithering smallness of fingers interlocking into his own, through blurry vision, he managed to see her smug smirk.

Three individual hits all originated from the center of her palm, aimed separately around his body, widespread cracks forming in his bones, more droplets splattering onto her face… but even so, she continued. Spinning around her figure, turning her waist so she could ceaselessly connect her leg with the side of his face. Twirling around in mid-air, Ace felt his body collapse onto the carpet, seething in blood, writhing in agony that creaked his bones.

"Hopefully, that makes it clear, I'm too fast- for you. Luckily, for you, there is another way, considering you have less than two months to train… Ace Wilder, when I heal you, or rather, when you completely rejuvenate your energy: spend 48 hours with your aura active. If you're able to do that, then you should be able to accomplish the goal of seeking my guidance."

Hana touched the tip of her fingers against his chest, feeling the shattered nature of his ribs below that layer of flesh, a hum resonated out from those fair-skinned extremities of hers. It was like time somehow reversed, chronologically reverting to when those bones were intact, Ace moaned sleepily, more footsteps entering the fray as Kim stared down at his decrepit, beaten body.

"And me?" Asked Myers of the Master, turning her head with one hand in her pocket, gazing into her eyes.

"Easy. You'll be summoning your strongest monsters with your aura active to ensure of longer duration, the same amount of time as for Ace: 48 hours. Luckily for you, you have two months, so don't neglect your training."

As Kim stared down at her ex's demolished body, she couldn't help but wander her Brian back to the past, thinking… and pondering to a time where she wasn't a bystander. Had Katie really climbed all this, and trained by the side of this woman? If this was what awaited them as students of the Master, then, while they might achieve the ultimate power necessary, there was no doubt. What laid beyond in the paths of the future was nothing but true and utter torture.
