Leander immediately started preparing for Raphael’s visit. He answered Raphael’s letter. He ordered special meals from Mrs. Dawson. He asked Mr. Davenport to do some minor repairs around the parish house. He scrubbed his own rooms clean, and Mrs. Dawson took care of the other two bedrooms
