No, the sky was clear and, so far, his day had been relatively headache-free. After four hours tracing a circuitous route around Willow Lawn, down Monument Avenue, into downtown Richmond, and back again, Vic had turned on the Out of Service sign and parked at the bus stop just outside the Willow Lawn Shopping Center.
