A mysterious man has come to Spirit Falls. Does he have something to do with the new diner, or maybe the disappearance of the town's mayor? Sheriff John Darkman needs to find out the answers to both questions. Noah Graham is also curious about the mystery man and the new diner. Then he meets the man, Arik Dalca, who offers him a job as a waiter there. When the mayor reappears and begins to sicken, John and Noah discover the real reason Arik has come to town. Shocked and horrified, they are drawn into what is happening in their town. In the process of trying to stop the horror, Noah begins to fall for Ewan, one of Arik's team members, and John is drawn to Arik himself. Can the four men -- and the town -- survive what is to come?

The Diner

“It had better be,” Ewan replied. “Now that they have the mayor under their control, you know our enemies will begin going after others and in the end they won’t leave them alive if we don’t stop them.”


Arik’s mouth tightened angrily. “I am well aware of that. It’s up to you three to locate any other victims before things go too far and let me know who they are. And find any vacant buildings. If I’d only moved faster…” He shook his head.


“You can only do so much, Arik,” Rusty said. “Wecan only do so much. Getting the diner ready wasn’t an overnight job. At least this time you’ll have the kind of assistance you need.”


“IfI can convince them that what I’m telling them isn’t something out of a bad horror movie.”


“You should see the inside of the diner,” Noah told Cody. They were in Noah’s apartment, waiting for pizza to arrive since neither of them was interested in cooking supper for themselves.
