“Do we get some downtime before we have to be out there?” Mars asked.

“Yes, but I’d prefer you stay here. As you know, Mars, we have plenty of room, so you won’t be putting us out.”

Mars smirked. “Don’t trust us off on our own?”

“I do, but there are things in the works and I’d rather know where Dylan is until they’re completed.”

With a sigh, Dylan asked, “Now what?”

“Something I can’t talk about until I’m certain everything goes through as planned.”

“Nothing like keeping him on tenterhooks,” Mars muttered. “Just tell us it has nothing to do with Zappa.”

“It doesn’t. Last I head, which was earlier this afternoon while you were in the air, he’s left the country. I suspect he’s got more important things to be concerned about than Dylan at this point.”

“One less worry,” Mars said, patting Dylan’s thigh.
