Jon Watts heard stories about ghosts but never believed in them ... until he becomes one. As they began looking at homes online, Sage saw one that gave him an idea. The first step was convincing Mike it could work.

Mike thought about it. &ldquo;True. But I wouldn&rsquo;t invite them into my home as permanent guests. Besides, they aren&rsquo;t homeless.&rdquo;
