The house couldn’t have been anything less than exquisitely designed and under three million dollars. An eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom edifice with a tennis court in the back, an inside pool for baby jocks to waddle and splash in, and a high-end media room Brad Pitt wouldn’t have dismissed as tawdry or weak.

Jax met me in the expansive living room, a seven-hundred square foot masterpiece of a room with three sofas and a view that overlooked downtown Pittsburgh and Heinz Field where Thomas Sady threw his ninety-yard passes for cheering Lightning fans.

To my surprise, Jax had already taken his clothes off and stood in the center of the room for my appraisal and use.
