“Sir?” Snap squeaked, an eyebrow arched.
“I shall have their heads,” he barked, storming across the apartment. At the door, he whirled around to face Snap. “Did you do as I requested?”
“Of course. He’s trussed up like a Thanksgiving turkey.”
“Go. I shall gladly make him rue the day he crossed my path. I gave them a chance. Snap, keep an eye on Warden. Don’t let him leave and allow in no one but me, understood?”
“Perfectly.” Snap bowed.
