The night before the appointment Randal began to panic. He'd spent the whole week in sexual fantasy with a man he was supposed to be leading out of the darkness into the light. He should have been praying, fasting, seeking the Lord's guidance. Instead he was lusting after a phantom lover. He would call Bob and tell him he shouldn't do this. No, he couldn't do that. He had been given a ministry. He would just have to trust the Lord would come to his aid in his weakness. Didn't it say somewhere in scripture, “He is strongest when we are weak?”
Where is that damn passage anyway?
