Stage actor Tim Gregory finds someone has broken into his dressing room and turned everything upside down. When police detective Brent Sullivan and his partner arrive, Tim thinks it’s because of the vandalism. But it turns out the detectives want to question him about  a missing necklace that was stolen some time ago.<br><br>After seeing the destruction in Tim’s dressing room, Brent is convinced the police aren’t the only ones who want the necklace. Unfortunately, Tim doesn’t remember what happened to it. But someone doesn’t care if he remembers or not. As romance sparks between Tim and Brent, time is ticking. Will Brent be able to solve the mystery – and keep Tim safe, too?

Sean takes him by the arm. “Come home with me,” he murmurs in Tim’s ear.


Barely aware of what is happening, Tim lets himself get steered away from the house into Sean’s car. Hehardly hears what Sullivan’s saying, only knowing that he is agreeing with Sean’s actions. Tim wonders why he wants Sullivan to say no, to say that Sean’s place is not safe for him so he would have to go with the detective instead. Yet Sullivan lets him leave and the hand on his thigh now is Sean’s. Tim looks up to meet Sean’s silently querying eyes and forces a smile. It is not fair to Sean to have Tim turn his back on him at a time like this. They have been together in happier times; it’s only right to let Sean comfort him. Tim leans forward, closes his eyes, and searches for Sean’s lips. Soon they find each other and Tim sighs in bliss.
