“I appreciate you showing me around today,” Ty said as they crossed the street to catch a streetcar tothe Embarcadero.
“It’s been fun.” Evan shot a quick glance at the other man. He’d found himself doing that all day, too. Ty sure was easy on the eyes, and that honey-soft accent drew Evan like a butterfly to a flower. “Want some company tomorrow? It’s supposed to be clear. Be a good day to see some of the parks.”
Ty shot him a speculative look from those big, brown eyes. “You sure you’re not busy?”
“Just finished a big project,” Evan assured him. “I’m all yours for the next two weeks at least.”
Ty stared into the distance for a moment, clearly thinking. Evan crossed his fingers. Please let the man find him as interesting as he found Ty. Just as the streetcar pulled up at the stop, Ty nodded.
