Chapter 33

They ended the tour at the doorway to Hollis’s bedroom on the second floor. Vanni stepped inside to check it out. “Family?” He picked up a framed picture on the dresser.

Hollis went over to say, touching the faces, “Yes. My parents, sister and brother, and me of course.”

“You were cute.” Vanni put the picture back and turned to take Hollis in his arms. “Of course, you still are,” he told him, then he kissed him.

Hollis fell into the kiss as if it were the first one they had ever shared and the last they might ever have. A hunger tore through him with an intensity he couldn’t fight and no longer wanted to.

“Damn,” Vanni murmured when they finally separated to take deep breaths. “If you can kiss like that what the hell will you be like in bed?”

“Scared to death,” Hollis replied shakily.
