When Jules Evergreen lands in trouble at the North Pole and gets shipped off to Snow Hope Island for ninety days, he never expects to take up the cause of the forgotten toys waiting for new homes. “We can divide the work and brainstorm ideas to get the toys off the island,” Felix announced.


Jules stepped back to watch Felix explain some of the ideas they’d had about fixing toys, getting help from the North Pole, and researching and contacting different organizations across the globe.


His chest filled with pride as Felix spoke. Pride for Felix. Pride for being part of something that might do some good in the world.


One by one, his coworkers finally agreed to give it a go. Felix shot him a smile and Jules felt it down to his toes. That warm feeling continued as they all chipped in to unpack and enter the data on the new toys.
