Mitch rested his forehead against Calix’s. “How much longer until I can shift?”

“At least a couple of weeks.”

“And, no sex until then?”

“Nope.”

Mitch sighed dramatically. “I wasn’t cut out to be a monk.”

Calix chuckled at Mitch’s grumbling. “If it helps, I’ll suffer along with you.” He sealed the promise with another brushing of his lips over Mitch’s.

“So, even when my hands heal, I can’t jack you off in the shower?”

Calix blew out a breath. “Why do I have a feeling you’re going to be biting at the bit every step of the way?”

“Because I am.” With a haughty grin, Mitch bumped Calix’s rear with his elbow and walked off.

“Wonderful. Just doing the cooking is going to give me blue balls,” Calix grumbled.

Mitch’s laughter rang through the cabin.

The sweet sound brought a big smile to Calix’s face.
