Chapter 66

“And when do you want to meet Patrick?” Sean asks as we return to the tattoo parlor, before I head back to the library.

“I don’t know. I’ll answer him now and ask him. I’ll let you know, okay?”

Sean nods and, as soon as we’re in front of the parlor’s door, he puts his hand on the nape of my neck and pulls me to him, covering my lips with his. I was expecting a little kiss, just to say goodbye, but the way he holds me and runs the tip of his tongue over my lips makes me realize this is far from just a little kiss. The hand in my hair pulls at my locks a little and his tongue is so soft and warm, I feel my knees becoming weak. Sean’s other hand is down on my back to keep me pressed against him. I don’t ever want him to stop. When he lets me go, his face is red and his eyes are misty.
