When PI Jake Marshall fails to stop the abduction and subsequent murder of a client who was being stalked, he vows to do everything in his power to identify the man responsible. Stalker

“You will scream until you throat is raw, begging me to stop.” The man, Jake knew it was Fabian, gripped his jaw again and he felt him draw something across his cheek. Barely opening his eyes, he saw that Fabian was holding an electrical cord, already wet with blood. “They say this causes more pain than a whip. From my experience, I believe they’re right.”


Seconds later the cord lashed across Jake’s lower back. He screamed “Why?” as he felt it tear through his skin and blood flowed. If he was going to die, he wanted to know the reason.


“The Bible says that those who indulge in sexual immorality and pursue unnatural desire shall serve as an example by undergoing a punishment.” The cord bit into Jake’s shoulders again. “I am the avenger who carries out God’s wrath.”


“You’re insane,” Jake whispered. His reward was another strike with the cord—and a second one that bit deeply into his side.


Then, all hell broke loose—although Jake was barely aware that it had.
