Angel grinned in amusement. “He said it was called Serenity? Or something like that.”
“That’s great,” Brian said. “And do you remember the last time you saw him?”
Angel shook his head. “Nah, he hasn’t been in for at least a week. That was the last time.”
Brian nodded. “Okay, thank you.”
Angel shrugged a shoulder. “Don’t tell him it was me if you do catch him. I’d rather not lose a customer if you don’t end up arresting him.”
“We’ll keep it confidential,” Brian promised.
Raymond nodded too, and put his notepad away. “Did he give his name as Robert Redford?”
Angel laughed. “No, that’s just what I call him. Don’t you think he looks like him?”
Raymond shrugged. “He looks like an old white guy.”
Angel laughed again, a loud and dirty laugh, and Brian loved it.
“You’re not wrong,” Angel said, then gestured at Brian with his lollipop. “Helooks like a young Robert Redford.”
Raymond made a face at Brian that said he was finding this exchange highly amusing. “Does he now?”
