“She’s right, you know, about the children,” Nick said after they were back in their sleigh, heading down the street. “I can’t have any.”
“What do you mean you can’t have children? Nowyou tell me?” Todd had to bite his lip to keep from laughing hysterically at the look on Nick’s face. “All this time, trying and trying and you can’t?”
“I—”
Todd cuffed the back of his mate’s head. “It’s you and me, that’s it, and that’s all I want. You’re a guy, and guys don’t get pregnant. I know you can’t have children. I’ve known that since before I knew you existed. I may not be studying medicine, but I do know a thing or two about biology. I love you. All I wantis you.” He pulled the sleigh into a parking area beside their destination and slid a hand down the back of Nick’s neck, pulling him in and brushing a soft kiss over his lips. “And I intend to have you.”
“Can we eat first?” Nick grinned and slipped a hand between Todd’s thighs snickering when Todd quirked an eyebrow.
