“There’s an all-out battle being waged at Hades’ castle. I was right about the Ferals.” Arsen indicated behind him where Valentine could see a large group milling in the shadows. “These are my Urban pack. On whose side do we fight?”


“With Hades. Are you sure about this? Seth says it’s—”


“Dangerous?” Arsen nodded. “We know. We’ve already been attacked. Ferals don’t care who they kill. But I’ll stand by you, and they, believe it or not, will stand by me.”


“Then let’s not waste more time.” Seth brandished his cane and the gargoyles resumed their hellhound forms. “For Hades.”
