“Yeah…I know a bit about Bad Moon and Josh.” Rory’s ravaged eyes took on a faraway expression, and then his mouth twisted into a grimace, like he had tasted something foul. “They’re bad people.” He drank his beer and looked around the bar.
“In what way?” Sean asked.
“They’re users. Especially with the so-called actors.” He paused and looked at Sean, almost as if he was deciding if he wanted to continue. “I shouldn’t say this and hope you’ll keep it just between us.”
Sean wasn’t sure he could agree to some kind of confidentiality, not if the information could help him get Arliss out of Bad Moon’s clutches, but he said, “Sure. Go ahead.”
