When they were finished with their meal, they also cleared the dishes together. Their activities were very ordinary, but Dillon enjoyed every single second he got to spend with Darby and Riordan. Afterward, both of his soul mates assisted him in the kitchen to prepare all the pastries, pies, and sandwiches that he would sell at the teahouse. Time passed by in the blink of an eye. Before Dillon knew it, it was already lunch time. They ordered pizza, and when it was delivered, they headed toward the balcony on the second floor. It was a beautiful, cloudy day, and it wasn’t warm outside. They were able to savor the pizza while they conversed with one another. Unfortunately, Darby had to leave for the bookshop when it was close to two o’clock. They hugged one another, and Dillon thought that would be the end of his excitement for the day. He was proven wrong a short while after the teahouse was open for business.
“Good afternoon.”
