“Wash the potatoes. We’re baking them in the microwave.”

It looked like they spent the evening in perfect harmony, but in truth, both men were miserable. 21

Monday morning

Jim, Reed, Bear, Brian, Greg, Cisco, and Bull were all in the courtroom to support him. The prosecutor asked him for his story and he told it as succinctly as possible. The cross examination by the defense council was difficult. The defense attorney tried to rattle him.

“You went with Dante willingly?” the defense stated, eyes burning into Jamie’s.

“I went to the back room willingly, for aftercare. I didn’t go to the warehouse willingly, I was drugged,” Jamie answered.

“Isn’t it true that your sort likes to be taken against their will and my client wasn’t a sexual slaver at all but a man selling a service for people like you who wished to experience a capture fantasy?” The defense attorney looked at him with disdain.
