“I consider fidelity to be the cornerstone of any relationship. I do not cheat and have no respect for anyone who does. If you are that unhappy, move out, get a divorce, but don’t cheat,” Rafe answered without a thought. It was as if this type of behavior was an anathema to his very being.
Justin nodded. “Are you willing to be with a struggling shop owner who won’t have much time because he’s trying to pay a lease and overhead?”
“That’s something we need to talk about.” Rafe began to run his hands up and down Justin’s body. Justin was losing his train of thought.
“Okay…” Justin answered. “Is this thing we have serious for you? Because I couldn’t take being dumped again, especially after all the drama that followed the last time.” Justin got up from the bed, almost spilling Rafe off the other side. This answer was important to him and he showed it by pacing the room and running his fingers through his hair.
