“You didn’t have to buy me a wedding gift,” Luca said, sitting down on the bed and removing his slacks. Dennis went over to his jacket and pulled out a long slim square box. Luca unwrapped the package and found an Aurora Mare Fountain Pen Set with a fountain pen that had an eighteen carat gold nib, a lead pencil, a roller ball pen and a ball point.
“This is gorgeous, Dennis. It’s unbelievable. I always wanted a fountain pen but this is overwhelming. Your gift is just what I wanted.” Luca’s eyes began to tear.
“I got it on eBay. I was very nervous that someone would outbid me but my bid was high enough that I didn’t even have to pay as much as I was willing to spend. Of course, this is nothing compared to the studio…”
