Chapter 35

“Thank you.”

Jensen and Milo didn’t verbally respond to him. Instead, they smiled at him as they gently placed their hands on his back and led him toward the elevator.

“We have another surprise for you,” Jensen whispered into Milo’s ear.

Milo was even more astonished now. “Another one?”

“Well, actually, there are two more,” Milo corrected as the elevator ascended all the way up to the fiftieth floor.

Kenta was about to inquire what they were, but the elevator stopped on the fiftieth floor then, and when the doors slid open to the sides, he expected to see more forget-me-not flowers. However, his curiosity grew stronger when Jensen and Milo guided him toward the farthest end of the apartment. All the curtains were shut tightly, and he wondered what he would find out there on the balcony.
