“On the phone with someone from your coven.”


Milo instantly remembered that conversation. “Oh, right.”


Jensen shifted a little bit closer to Milo in an instant. “Something is bothering you. You always make that face when there’s something you don’t like.”


Jensen raised his eyebrows. “Baby, come on. Talk to me. Don’t push me away.”


Milo sighed. “Okay. Fine. It’s about the upcoming ceremony.”


“Jackson will be inducted into the leadership position within the coven on the evening of the next full moon.”


Kenta nodded immediately. “Makes sense. That’s when magic will be at its peak. When is it exactly?”
