The Icicles: A Christmas Wedding

Jonah can hear Team Iceberg yelp outside as he helps Willa clean up the breakfast dishes. The dishwasher is full, already running, and they stand at the sink doing the remaining egg-splattered plates, flatware, and coffee cups. Jonah washes and Willa dries, just like in high school. Almost shoulder to shoulder, he asks her, “Pam never misses breakfast with her family. It’s one her favorite things to do, even when she’s drunk. Be honest and tell me where she is.
