Taar lay awake, listening to the sound of his partner breathing. A smile rested on his lips as he watched Bror’s thickly-haired chest rising and falling, his erection twitching like a dog eager to be free of the leash.

There were times he wished he had never been transported through the stars to this paradise. As if he’d had any say in the matter. He was a man-lover and not permitted to live amongst the populations of the neighbouring planets. It would have been so easy to live a life of deception on one of the other worlds, to blend in and play it safe, but then he would never have found Bror

He leaned over and kissed Bror’s whiskery cheek. The sensation of bristles beneath the soft cushions of his lips, the salty taste of perspiration, and the familiar scent of his lover’s body assured him that there could have been no other life for him. Again, he pressed his lips to Bror’s cheek before sliding out of bed.
