Fox patted his arm, and Warrick wanted to bite him.

“Don’t humour me,” he snarled.

“Andrew dealt with the situation, and he’s taking care of his son. And his partner…” He gestured toward the tall man who bent down and scooped up the boy. “I believe your daughter’s grandchildren are safe enough.”

Warrick wished he could believe that. “We’ll have to return to England to make sure of that.”

“Then we will.”

Warrick grunted and glared at the people who filled the church. Where in bloody hell were the parents of the groom?
