Chapter 88

If Nobuo Tsuchino believed in destiny, Tom Alan wondered if he also believed in fate. Mrs. Mischen had not been feeling well. She’d skipped the European Championships and stayed behind in the US. “Mrs. Mischen asked me to go pick up Milo, Father. At the train station.”

Papa was in his pajamas, though he had not been in bed. “Shh, Tom Alan. There is no need to wake Kyoko-san.”
