“If they’re tall, dark, and sexy, I am.” Elaine grinned wickedly.

Lyle chuckled. “There’s no guarantee of that, I’m afraid.” He had decided to break the fittings up by the type of characters the actors were playing, beginning with the six vampires.

Twenty minutes later, they were beginning to wonder if the actors were blowing them off. No sooner had Lyle voiced his concern than there was a knock on the front door. Two men and three women stood outside, the women talking together while the men listened indulgently, or so Lyle thought from their expressions. He let them in and started to close the door when the third man dashed across the street. “Sorry I’m late,” he panted. “Parking, you know.”
