“You heard me. Meet me after your date.”


“What makes you think I’ll agree to your demand?”


“You owe me one. After that dirty trick this morning.”


Alec fluttered his long lashes innocently. “I have no idea what you’re talking about. Dirty trick?”


“Don’t give me your innocent act. Does that work on Drew?”


Alec shrugged. “Most of the time. But it’s not my fault. I just wanted to see the look on your face when I walked out.”


“Is that so?” Another step closer, and now he was definitely close enough to grab Alec and pull him into a hard kiss. “Was it worth it?”


“You should take some lessons from your husband. He’s not so coy about he wants. I doubt he’s the sort to play games.”


“Maybe not, but you sure as hell are, or you wouldn’t be standing here having this conversation.”
