Big doubts flashed across the security’s face. He fingered the handy talkie he had on his waist. Zeke knew he had to move fast.


“Look, I have to hurry. This is my cousin. His parents living out of Columbus can’t wait to see him again.” Without waiting for an answer, Zeke half circled around the car to the passenger’s side and laid Nate down carefully in a sitting position and jogged to the driver’s seat. He tipped an imaginary hat before getting into the car.
