Driada climbed over the rocky terrain of the hillside, trying desperately not to lose her footing. She had already slipped and rubbed her arm against the side of a rock, earning her a new bruise. The smell of fresh water filled her nose, and cries of gulls could be heard overhead. The water was a bright turquoise color. Beneath its surface, she could see the shadows of fish swimming.
